LEASE - BERESFIELD GOLF COURSE

THE OPPORTUNITY.
N.J Lane Property Advisory, is pleased to act for The City of Newcastle (CN) who are seeking a Lessee-Operator for the Beresfield Golf Course (‘BGC’). The BGC is situated upon 24.07 hectares of land, which provides:
A 10 hole golf course.
An 18-hole Foot golf course.
An 18-hole Disc golf course.
Mini golf course.
The current lease expires on 31 August 2025 and CN is open to considering different approaches and models for the continued operation of the facility. CN wishes to enter into an initial five (5) year lease agreement with the successful EOI respondent.



The area containing the BGC is situated on Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 112196, being 24.07 Hectares. The subject land is zoned RE1 Public Recreation under the Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012. Improvements include:
Pro Shop
Amenities & Change Rooms
Club House
Green Keepers Workshop
Car park.

THE LOCATION.
The BGC is located at 260 Anderson Drive, Beresfield, conveniently midway between Newcastle & Maitland, only minutes to the M1 Pacific Motorway.
